I am well informed on acne and what it is etc.. but I was wondering why I still get so many regular outbreaks? I eat healthy, I exercise, I cleanse and moisturize with good acne-specific products twice a day and my skin isn't that oily... so what else could be causing these regular occurrences?

I am a high-stress person but I do not think stress alone could be causing this or could it?

Any insight/advice is appreciated.

my son has been using pine tar soap for a lil over a month now. it has really helped clear it up. he had it really bad. huge sores on his face, back and some on his arms and chest. you can get it thru your pharmacy. it costs about $4 a bar and a bar can last 3-4 wks.

Acne or pimples are usually a result of hormonal changes and an irregular and increased production of oil by the sebaceous glands.Check out http://useinfo-acne.blogspot.com/ for more useful info.
