Listen to your friends :-)
My wife says she's fat, but she's not and I love her body and how she looks. I wouldn't want her to change at all as she couldn't possible get more beautiful than she already is....but she still thinks she's overweight and I don't understand why she won't listen to her Hubby....
So don't discredit what your friends say...they are probably more objective about the issue than you are :-)
God bless

These things help speed up the metabolism (which means you burn more fat):
-Eat within an hour when you wake up
-Eat every 3 hours, and make sure you eat smaller portions
-Make sure the amount of food you eat for breakfast is more than the rest of the meals you eat in the day
-Stay away from diet foods (I know this sounds dumb but they usually contain more artificial ingredients, which actually cause your body to store more fat)
-The sugar in soda makes it fattening (the diet stuff makes you really hungry also)
-Any food with larger amounts of artificial ingredients, no matter how healthy they say they are, actually cause your body to store more fat: so it's really good to try to eat lots of fruits and vegetables, and nuts, the organic stuff tastes the best. (this was what really made me loose more weight)
-water helps you loose weight
-This one sounds really obviouse, but exercising is by far the best way to lose weight. A good thing to do is just jog a short distance (like half a mile) then keep adding onto that every few weeks.
-It really helps to stop eating about 3-4 hours before you sleep
-Not sleeping enough actually makes you gain weight
-Don't be negative about yourself! It actually stresses you out
I hope that this helps you as much as it helped me. Most of these things actually made most of my acne go away also!

Need to know your age and height to figure out if you are fat. If you don't feel good about your body, cut down on junky foods, eat more fruits, veggies & whole grains, and begin doing a little bit of moving that you enjoy. Take small steps and you'll get healthier and feel better about yourself. Best of luck.

depends on your height and body build, but given that you already 165, I would say 30 - 35 pound loss is the max, assuming you are of avg height. Just remember to eat healthy, exercise and don't starve yourself to lose. It is a very idae and very unhealthy to do so.
Good luck

hmm.. ok, go to the gym about 3 times a week for an hour or 2. Also at a local track you could run for a half an hour every day for about 3-4 weeks.
