my shoulder!!!?

Every time i move my soulder up more then 30 degres i get a bad shooting pain in my shoulder and under my arm, what could it be and what can i do to help it

There are a number of possibilities for what could be causing this such as a strain of the muscles (giving an example only) but the only way to find out for sure is to see your doctor for further evaluation of the situation to see what they think could be going on.
