ok, its in a spot where i can't pop it. It hurts really bad, how can i make it stop hurting?

Put a hot washcloth (as hot as you can stand it)... hold it there for a little bit... and mash/pull on your ear... with the heat from the washcloth it will eventually pull the infection out (you may have to repeat this several times)
