To give you a different answer than the others, and I do wholeheartedly agree with miraculous gift being forgiveness of sins, salvation, Jesus dying on the † for us all!
For me personally, the fact God has shown me that I am a STRONG survivor. And He took me places to show I can thrive being a better person.
On a not-so-personal note, the UNconditional love He has for us, which runs sooooo much deeper than that of a mother for her child.
I'll give you an example. I'm sure that Bin Laden's mother rebukes what her son has done, whether or not she's alive to know what they are. but she still loves him. Well, it's like that with God, only the amount of unconditional love He has for us magnifies.
Also the fact as long as we live, God will never forsaken us and give up on us, even though people forsaken and giving up on Him. Does is get any better than this?

All gifts from God are a blessing, and none are little.
But if could have another one and only one, it would be that my children and grandchildren would all be saved. BUt tho I can pray, I still know it is THEIR CHOICE>
I have many praying for them and anyone else that wants to do so can, BUt I am not requesting it, so dont get upset athiests.. No request, just me saying what I have my friends do.

I have already been blessed with my life and most importantly my family who I love, I never ask God for anything more, I have also been blessed with a desire to help people, and bless them.

I already have a miracle in my life every day. I will not tell you what it is because it would not bless you. However it is my sign from my Elohim to me and blesses me daily.
