probably on a secluded beach where no one was! i would like him to start of with him telling me how much he loved me and then he would talk about stuff like getting married and then he says have u ever thought about us like that before and then i would answer yes i have , i would love to get married but are you ready and then he would say yes and he waould propose to me and hten i would cry and he would say im ready to love you for ever, are you willing to take the chance ? and then i would say yes and i would scream adn cry and call all my gal pals! jk i would call of my family and then i would cal my bffl! yay!

It's a rainy day in europe and we went visiting there just for the heck of it. He takes me in the street, both of us soaking we head to toe, and proposes

i would want my guy to take me out for a romantic candle light dinner....some champagne....u get my point....and then, he gets on his knees and proposes to me....and of course, it should be just the two of us...with no one else around...
edit: oh i also like the beach idea that the guy above me said.

well im a soccer fan, i would take her to a soccer game and in half time, propose to her or a more romatic scene like take her to the becah, while watching the sunset ill propose...-=)

i would do it somewhere unexpected, somewhere where the last thing you would see occurring there would be a proposal
and as for how, i would walk ahead out of the random, accidentally trip, and as im trying to get back up i would pull the ring from somewhere and ask away

erm..when we're going out having fun at the disneyland or something.err..kind of spontaneous.it would be more memorable i think.or when we and our family go out for picnic.i'm not really into candle light and expensive restaurant thing.
