There's no problem with it unless they make a big deal out of it. But if it's love they're into, it can't hurt. It's never a sin to love, is it?

no, as a Christian myself and going to a catholic high school, being non-chrisitian doesn't mean that your a bad person. there are more non-christians at my school than you would believe. one of my classes has 7 athiests/fundamentalists in a class of 13. i have several good friends that are either morman, hindu, jewish, or atheist. we have some great conversations together because they have different perspectives on the world. i think it is fine to have a serious relationship with someone who isn't a christian, as long as you can work out your differences in your beliefs in your relationship and don't let them get in the way.

I am a Christian. God commands us not to yoke with unbelievers, for they tend to lead us astray. But i myself am caught up in this love with a not so devoted believer. Loves come from God. Any relationship works the best when it has God's blessing. I am not sure if i am blessed or cursed, cos till now after two years, it has not worked out between me and my crush. :S Also, two people coming from two different world believing different things have hard time coming to ONE understanding ONE dream ONE goal.

PS. Following Jesus is never easy. Sometimes it is a wrestle, but eventually it is His providence.

Dude if you really like someone, your religious affiliation shouldn't matter. Religion is basically a set of things you follow and have faith in. Faith isn't just with God or other dietys. Faith is also with your speceial someone. So give it you all man! If she's not Christian, who cares? If you love her, it won't be a problem.

I've been thinking about this a lot. I am a Christian and my faith is a big part of my life. My boyfriend, whom I love very much, is not a churchgoer. He believes in God but has never really been exposed to church and religion. I've been discussing this with him, and he is going to start going to church with me. He says that he knows it's a big part of my life and that if he's going to be part of my life then it has to be part of his too. He came up with that himself before we really started talking about it. I told him what the Bible says about being unequally yoked and about a week later, out of the blue, he told me, "I want to be yoked." It was funny but it meant a lot to me. I'm hoping that he will enjoy church and work on his faith. So getting back to your question, I think a Christian can begin a relationship with someone who isn't but hopefully they can help bring them to Christ. Best wishes!

you can do whatever you want. ive seen this happen before, and usually in the end they dont work out. of course, however, it depends how fully immersed in your faith you are.

i personally dont think this is wrong, but i would say that the future doesnt look too bright if you are a devout christian

no i dont believe so. some people might not agree but that is what they were raised learning, so that may be the only way they know, or agree with. Personally, i think it doesnt matter what background or culture they're from...we're all human, arent we :)

depends, the bible tells us to be equally yoked, but that is talking about marriage. I would say it's okay, bring her to church with you, and don't do anything with her that you would not do if you where dating a christian girl.

" Birds of a feather flock together". I wouldn't suggest it, I have never seen a marriage last for ever under these circumstances.
