Baking in the flav helps. Ketchup after the fact won't cut it! Hello!

No, just put the ketchup on half of it, and leave the other half without it.

Make the mix as normal, then divide it in half and add ketchup to your half and bake in mini-loaves. Problem solved!
Trust me, I have a picky husband and I frequently do this trick.

They have the cutest little mini meatloaf pans now. You can make your basic meat mixture and make them your own way. They have them in disposal too..check out your local grocery

bake it plain and then put katchup on your piece.
