No, I by no ability have. yet perhaps it is as a results of the fact i've got been possessing them for 13 years and comprehend the indications of something incorrect. Take to the vet if in any doubt - guinea pig no longer eating, hunched up in nook, crust around eyes/nostril and any bleeding. in case you may no longer cut back your guinea pig's claws by ability of your self I recommend a visit to the vet each 2 or 3 months.

If you ever suspect any illness, or notice health issues in a guinea pig you should never wait. They go down hill very fast and may pass away before you know it.
Porky needs to see an exotics veterinarian ASAP.
This website will help you for detecting signs of illness early. It's also the best care and emergency guide for guinea pigs on the internet.

If you are ever unsure whether you need to take a pet to the vet then deep down you know the answer is yes. It could be nothing but then again if it is, it's always better to get things treated early, when illnesses are left then that's when vet bills get too expensive.

You should take him to a vet. Call your vet and get the earliest appointment you can. Bringing him in as an emergency can be costly and it doesn't seem like one to me. Be sure you are going to an exotics vet who knows guinea pigs. A dog/cat vet won't be enough.

It could be a fatty tumor and if it is its harmless. Id keep an eye on it for a week and if it looks like it is getting bigger and/or darker then you should take him to the vet
