It's been a long time since I interviewed - I can't recall the questions I was asked.
Skills they want - I can help you with: Organization, the ability to multi-task, conflict resolution. Remember - as an adjuster - if you are talking to a customer - something rotten happened to them. They had a car accident or claim on their home. People can get upset and take it out on you. No matter what a customer says - it's not personal.
