so many people try to avoid bread.

but i thought wholemeal bread is one of the main things you need everyday?

is it fattening??

the bread i eat has like 1.5gms of fat, 2gms of sugar i think and like 23gms of carbs..

i know white bread is unhealthy because of the flour in it, but whats the deal with wholemeal??

Wholemeal is alot better for you than white so yeah you are right there.

So many people think that any bread ( Carb )will make you fat and this is not true. If you stop eating carbs yes you lose alot of weight but you will have no energy and believe me you can not go on not eating carbs forever and once you do start eating them again your body will hold it and you will put it back on.

Its just easier to Eat Carbs and lose weight slowly

Yes, 100% whole wheat bread. It is the best. If, it doesn't say 100% it is not whole wheat.

it is healthy becoze it has fibers in it. Those improve your intestines health. They suggest that it lowers colon cancer rate. and no they are not fattening since your body can not digest fibers
