Everybody.
Like God they are all around us and can hear us when we speak to them. As for hearing them, I have only been spoken to by an angel in a dream.

I live in IL., I can't speak with angels/ spirits but I believe my six year old can..... I am not a nut. She talks to her Nana which she never met in her life, and to my husbands brothers who died as children... Believe what you want but she does talk to these people and only brings up stuff they would know.

im in cali and it comes up alot over here then again maybe because i live 10 minz away from the Winchester House...
totally read that question wrong i thought it said how many people talk about them not to them. uh only wierd homeless guys do here.

You were saying? Having been "dead" and given the grace of "returning" on earth, Jesus himself SAID a "comforter" shall I give unto you. Who do you think that COMFORTER "is?" It is the "spirit" of someone who has "lived" and went to heaven SENT unto a believer to HELP the one of faith.

not many people can talk to spirits/angels.. i've seen some in trance in tibet/china/indonesia i.e. the mediums of cults doing it, one even made it into a religion 1400 yrs ago e.g. mohammad !!

Not me, but my niece communicates with spirits. She doesn't talk to them, but they let her know things. We live in Missouri. I wouldn't believe this kind of thing if it was anyone else, but this girl is really grounded.

In the days of Noah the male angels of God came down to Earth to copulate with the "beautiful" girls from around here... I imagine that they were capable to talking to the girls! Im in the USA...

They are around all of God's children, those who have trusted in Jesus for salvation. They don't speak to us but they do protect us. If they do speak to us, they do it in subtle ways that you would not know it was happening. I am not sure if they can hear us, but I would think that they can.

I don't talk to ngels they are evil decieving creatures that are trying to enslave you spiritualy.but spirits,yes I can talk to them and occasionally do.I live in WA state.
