Of course not. The current administration has a vested interest beyond just national security to remain in place. It has always been Bush's goal to have a permanent presence in place in Iraq.

We would be stupid not to do it. It looks like we could have bigger fish to fry the way Putin is gearing up while the US is pre-occupied in Iraq and Afghanistan.

That midget has one big chip on his shoulder, and the dumb @ss Russian people are willing to let him continue to stir the pot for just 30 pieces of silver, or was it one quart of vodka that he gave them for their vote.
