It's possible that the air is too dry where you live or work (not enough humidity), it could be that your blood pressure is high.
Go to the doctor and see if there's a problem.

Go to an eye,ears, nose Dr. Sounds like you're going to have to get some vessels cauterized.

drink more water, use a humidifier, rub neosporin in your nose, try Claritin-D, and see your doctor.
