Water on the knee occurs when a bursa is ruptured and the fluid therein leaks into the joint. It will typically be characterized by swelling in the knee joint and tenderness in the joint. It will actually feel a bit, for lack of a better descriptive term, squishey to the touch. Worth taking to an orthopedist if symptoms persist

I know this is a little broad, and you might not pick me for best answers but trust me on this:

You can't get water in your knees. Your knees are not sponges.

you dont have "water on your knees". That joint inflammation, or synovitis. Unless you have poor vascular circulation, lymphedema, or trauma to your synovial capsules your fine, just not used to exercise. keep working out, dont over do it and it'll go away in a couple of days.

that happened to my friend. he hurt his knee in football. ooooohhh they had to put some sort of shunt in there..... just kidding. but they did have to drain the fluids out of there every 2 weeks or so.

Tight tendons in lots of cases reason pains like that. in case you bypass to the dr. and he unearths no longer something it is that. Tight tendons do no longer ensue on scans nor does the dr. understand the thank you to loose them up.
