There are so many diets out there, and i need one that works.

My doctor says im in a healthy range, but i feel gross.
I lost 30 lbs about a year ago bc i was sick, and now that im better i've gained about 20-25 of it back.

I'm 15 and i would like to lose about 40 lbs.
this will still leave me in a healthy range, but a slimmer healthy range. :]

please leave suggestions o diets that you have used,ect.

Make healthier food choices, stay away from fried foods. Baked is best. Lean Protein, lots of fruits and veggies. Drink plenty of water and exercise.
