1. OK.
2. Pray for yourself...even better.
3. Stay away from the occasion of sin.
That's a Catholic term, and it means, if the Internet tempts you to look at pornography, stay off the Internet. If a friend tempts you, stay away from that friend, who's not such a friend anyway. It comes from the passage about if your eye offends you, pluck it out, but a little less drastic. That's hyperbole, you don't really have to pluck anything. This may sound corny, but when I was a kid, the nun told us to say, "Get thee behind me Satan" when faced with temptation. It's worked for me for many years.
4. Realize that if you fall, Christ will forgive you.
5. Ignore people who denigrate your Christianity.

Snowboard...it sounds like you already know something a lot of the others around you don't realize...the human mind and heart is a lot like computers...remember the saying "junk in, junk out"?
I am more than willing to go before the throne of the King, Pure in Holiness, and ask Him to give you the strength to avoid such an open snare. i will also be praying for Him to give you discernment in knowing which friends will help you grow closer to Him, and to also give you the strength to put distance between you and those friends who would drag you down.

You need to repent to God and tell Him you are sorry, if you haven't already. You also need to tell this person (friend) not to do it again. If he can't respect that, then drop him as a friend. Renew your mind. Put in the word of God. You do your part. I will be happy to pray for you. God will honor you doing your best, and the prayers of those here. Also, pray you don't get tempted.

Yes, I will Pray for you about this Issue, But YOU must put feet to my Prayers and make up your mind to never look at any more of that Nasty Devil's Stuff , straight out of Hell! If you refuse to look at it, God will call YOU an over comer, and remove the Desire from with-in You. YOU Take ONE step, and GOD takes TWO!! Isn't that an Awesome deal.? God Bless and Help You, In Jesus' name.

I will pray WITH you for this. But you must flee pornography starting right now. It is highly addictive.
Mat 18:19 Again I say unto you, That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching any thing that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven.
PS Ditch the "friend" as well

You're sooooo right when you mentioned it's ADDICTIVE!
I'm glad to read you want no part of it!
I will more than happy to pray for you, brethren (brother)!
But I agree with the other poster. You might find yourself needing to end the friendship so you don't stumble ( find yourself immersed in that sin)
Once that sin enters you, it's THAAAAT hard to do away with it!
((((((HUGS & HOLY KISSES!)))))))). Bless you! I love you!
Peace be with you!

if your faith is strong enough you shouldent have to worry about temptation. im just an agnostic but isnt avoiding temptation the wrong answer? the bible dosent condemn porn to my knowlege, not as such. Jesus was tempted while in the desert wasnt he? does this mean you never touch alchohol for fear of addiction? never amass wealth? ("it is easier for a camel to pass through a needle than for a rich man to enter into heaven"). as i said i dont believe, but if you have your faith you should trust it and failing that in yourself. good luck, but dont worry too much ;)
