It doesn't say that in the Bible. What people do who want to discredit the Bible is neglect to take figures of speech for what they are and falsely claim that the Bible teaches what you are asking about.
It's like if I claimed that the weatherman on the news was saying that the sun revolved around the earth because he gave the times that the sun "rose" and "set". We know that he means that from the earth it appears as if the sun is going around the earth not that it actually does do that. It's the same with passages that say similar things in the Bible.
What the Bible does say about the earth, and this was written when the Hindus were claiming that it rested on the back of a giant turtle and before the Greeks were claiming that it rested on the shoulders of the giant Atlas is this:
Job 26:7 He spreads out the northern skies over empty space; he suspends the earth over nothing.

I think there is something like that in the Psalms. It isn't literal. It is the same as like if we said, Oh the Sun is rising and the sun is setting. Now does the sun REALLY do either? No, but it is just a way of saying what we see. Same with the Bible.
Further the Bible has a lot of different genre. It is not all literal although some is. The ONLY way to tell what is what is to wlel have the Holy Spirit as Teacher. Without His help, no one could understand the book fully so we need His help.

it isn't any longer ideal to ask a query relating to the Bible after which declare that the Bible says something that it would not easily say. the closest you are able to come to claiming that the Bible is incorrect in such concerns is the word "the 4 corners of the earth", which means that the earth is flat and has 4 corners. in area of actuality that the word "the 4 corners of the earth", has been used for the period of historic past as a figurative way of asserting "the finished earth" by using the historic past of mankind.

The truth is if the earth rotates that means people in the north and south are spinning but people in equarter are not! And imagine at equator ur hanging out there and yet yu take the same snap of the southern star the sameway the guys in N and S does, thats illogical...do ua maths the angle of inclinations from the four sides North, South to East, West.....heads up heads down heads a side..hahaha. In the ancient Middle East, and based on simple observation of nature, the world was believed to be round and flat. The heavens were a semi-sphere. The Sun revolved around the Earth. It rained because there was water up in the sky. And obviously there was water under the Earth. There was fire beneath, and this fire sometimes got out from the top of the mountains.

well not sure about the bible, but the quran mentions it
21:33 It is He Who created the Night and the Day, and the sun and the moon: all (the celestial bodies) swim along, each in its rounded course.
"And the Sun runs to its resting place. That is the decree of the Almighty, the All-Knowing." (Qur'an, 36:38)
and phases of the moon
"It is not permitted To the Sun to catch up The Moon,
nor can The Night outstrip the Day:
Each (just) swims along in (its own) orbit
(According to Law)."
[AI-Qur'an 36:40]
The Moon does not follow a regular orbit like the satellites of other planets. As it orbits the Earth, it sometimes moves behind it and sometimes in front. As it also moves with the Earth around the Sun, it actually follows a constant pattern resembling the letter "S" in space. This route, traced by the Moon in space, is described in the Qur'an as resembling an old date branch and does indeed resemble the twisted form of the date tree branch.

Joshua 10:12 Then spake Joshua to the LORD in the day when the LORD delivered up the Amorites before the children of Israel, and he said in the sight of Israel, Sun, stand thou still upon Gibeon; and thou, Moon, in the valley of Ajalon.
It says God made the Sun stand still, not the Earth. This strongly implies the Sun goes round.
Chronicals 16:30 Fear before him, all the earth: the world also shall be stable, that it be not moved.
Says the Earth doesn't move.

I love how SOME of the bible is literal and SOME of the bible is "a figure of speech". Who decides? 200 years ago todays "figures of speech" were taken very literally. Who decides? Who here speaks for god?

Since it is a scientific fact that the Earth revolves around the sun it would not be mentioned in the Bible. Because the Bible was written long before Galileo theorized about the Earth and sun.

Seems to me that the sky was above the earth. That wouldn't allow for any rotation.
6 And God said, "Let there be an expanse between the waters to separate water from water." 7 So God made the expanse and separated the water under the expanse from the water above it. And it was so. 8 God called the expanse "sky." And there was evening, and there was morning—the second day.
9 And God said, "Let the water under the sky be gathered to one place, and let dry ground appear." And it was so. 10 God called the dry ground "land," and the gathered waters he called "seas." And God saw that it was good.
11 Then God said, "Let the land produce vegetation: seed-bearing plants and trees on the land that bear fruit with seed in it, according to their various kinds." And it was so. 12 The land produced vegetation: plants bearing seed according to their kinds and trees bearing fruit with seed in it according to their kinds. And God saw that it was good. 13 And there was evening, and there was morning—the third day.
14 And God said, "Let there be lights in the expanse of the sky to separate the day from the night, and let them serve as signs to mark seasons and days and years, 15 and let them be lights in the expanse of the sky to give light on the earth." And it was so. 16 God made two great lights—the greater light to govern the day and the lesser light to govern the night. He also made the stars. 17 God set them in the expanse of the sky to give light on the earth, 18 to govern the day and the night, and to separate light from darkness. And God saw that it was good. 19 And there was evening, and there was morning—the fourth day.
