I am just wondering how old because I don't want to date some creep who just wants to date a young woman for sex. thanks:)

A good rule of thumb for guys is to never date a woman lass than half your age plus seven. Doing the reverse calculation to figure out the oldest person you should date would be to take your age, subtract 7, and multiply by 2. That would give you 22.
But, look, a guy of any age might be dating an 18 year old just for sex, so the age isn't the crucial issue. Rather, it's how much he respects you as a person. The only way to find that out is to not jump into bed with anyone too quickly, no matter what their age.

Well.. the oldest I would go (I'm 19) is 28. Cuz 10 years it a lot. But it depends on what you are comfortable with. Cuz there are men at any age that will date just for sex. It mainly depends on the kinda guy he is, and how comfortable you are dating someone that much older. I wouldn't date anyone that's older than you by 14 years. Think about it, if they are 14 years older than you, in all reality, they could be your father... *gross*

Thats different for each person. There is no certian age limit you are 18 and can date someone of any age older then you if you want to. Im 20, my husband is 37. It's a personal choice so ask your self what feels right for you cause your the one who will be dating the person not everyone else.

I think 25 would be a general upper threshold, but I have no problem with women dating whomever they choose, especially if he is rich.
To be a little more serious, there's more to relationships than love or even intimacy. It isn't so much the age difference that matters, but the age of the woman. What I mean is that any 35 y.o. who wants to hook up with a 17 y.o. is messed up. If that girl were 27 and the man 45, however, that would be fine. Adult men should not be interested in girls.
(Don't go be a gold-digger, though.)

an 18yo girl can date any older man she wants. determining a specific age is impossible. and 18yo guy can go out with an 18yo girl just for sex as well as a 98yo man. and a 98yo man can be looking for love as well as an 18yo man. there is no age limit to love or the desire for sex. It is based on a person, not a specific age.

how old is up to you --- and you could date an 18 year old creep that is only after you for sex --- and blow off a guy twice your age that would treat you like you want to be treated with sex only after marriage --- so its not really beneficial judging by age --- character and personality are the only measures --- best wishes

Well, technically you can date anyone. Just to throw out my random opinion, I would say between 18-22 would be the best. Anything over 25 is a little out of the ordinary, might be weird. But really it doesn't matter.
