there is this girl from my school who died in a fire, my mom doesn't know, how do i tell her?

You would just sit your mom down and say mom i have something to tell you about what ever her name is. She died in a fire and I'm sorry to have to tell you this.

Just let her know about the fire and tell her that the girl did not survive, and if it is bothering you ask her to help you through it.
