because it makes the most sense and unlike Christianity of Jehovah's witness they don't have to force people the convert to Islam,also I personally don't understand why god needs a so-called son anyway,if he is god,i was taught that god is the one and only and doesn't need any help being god.

I am studying Islam in ancient history and there is only 5 things you need to do to become a VERY GOOD muslim (which is appealing to many people)
1. pray 5 times daily facing mecca
2. give 2.5% of total wealth to the poor and needy
3. make 1 pilgrimage to mecca in your life
4. recite the moslem creed in front of 2 other moslems to become one "There is no God but Allah, and Muhammad is His messenger"
5. fasting during the month in the moslem calendar "Ramadan"
This appeals to many people and since 9/11 it has made many people curious about the religion prompting them to learn more about it
MOSLEMS ARE NOT BAD PEOPLE...THEY ARE PEACEFUL PEOPLE AND A VERY VERY VERY SMALL MINORITY ARE ACTIVISTS! (I am a christian)

Because poor (or no) study of God's word causes them to believe a lie and be damned. I do not need to follow your link to know this truth. I receive a newsletter each month called Voice of the Martyrs. It chronicles the lives of people in little-publicized places like Sudan, Romania, and Indonesia, as well as well known places like China, India, Pakistan, Iraq, and Saudi Arabia. People that leave the Islamic faith, which they lived with their whole lives, to become Christians, amidst severe persecution, torture, and constant threat of death. Don't believe it? These people all cite empty hearts and empty religion as their reasons for converting. All these people, all over the world, in several different places, all citing the SAME reasons. Christ is performing miracles in the lives of these people. Why? Because they suffer for the cause of Christ. Those that follow this "great" religion of Islam seek them out, torture them, kill them, throw them into prison, and run them from their homes, all for their belief in Christ. Here in America, most people cannot be bothered enough to give their lives to God for any reason, no God, except the god that they have made of themselves. Little wonder that God has all but abandoned this nation. Those that you tell of? God has turned them over to a reprobate mind. Go figure, in a country that strives only to erase the mention of God from everything.

It is a little more specific about how to act in life....the instructions are a little more clear than those that are given to us Christians....
although somewhat unclear and a little bit contradictory, I wouldn't give up Christianity for the world :)

People have been leaving religion in greater numbers than they are joining anything else.
