Is 39.7 very high? Slightly high?

I agree with Chris E's answer. These antibodies are seen in both ulcerative colitis and Crohn's disease, but far more people with Crohn's disease have them than do those with ulcerative colitis, so if both antibodies were elevated, Crohn's would be a likely diagnosis, but a colonoscopy or barium enema/swallow would be needed to confirm.
