First off, I have a little problem with guys watching porn. lol. Its just a personal thing...dont be rude. But my boyfriend...well, he used to watch porn...alot...like maybe over 50 videos. Well, now evertime i ask him if he still watches it, he says no and promises that he doesnt. I heard many times that all guys watch porn no matter what they tell you. So...my question is...is there an actuall possibily that my boyfriend stopped watching porn or do you think he still watches it? Whats your honest answer?

Sweetie if he got rid of the collection, smile and be happy. Not many people have issues with porn, but he clearly is okay with your issues with it and even catered to you on this point. Why suspect he's lying unless you have proof? If you're really that worried about it, check his internet history, that'll tell you all you need to know. Personally, I'd say just let it go unless you bust him at it.

some chicks watches porn. It's like this, you can't turn away from something that you don't see anything wrong with or have no desire to do so. Personally, I think porn is very degrading to the women/men in it and watching it as well. It's disrespectful to indulge in someone body as a fantasy and object, but he is a dude, ( not to be sexiest) you can't turn off you "porn switch" just to please someone. It has to come from within as to how he feels about watching it. Now, he just might not be watching porn and is telling the truth, but what does your gut tell you? How does you BF react to sex or other women in general? These are question you can ask your self to see if he is telling the truth. Watch and observe how he looks at other chicks they next time you're out with each other. Sometimes, we know the answer, we just don't want to admit it. My personal opinion is, most likely, he is still watching the porn.

It is unlikely that your boyfriend has completey stopped watching porn. I don't know that all guys do it but I would say a large majority do. I would ask yourself how much time does he spend at home alone? If it is a lot it is likely he still is watching porn. If he has made some changes to his lifestyle and how he spends his free time since he made the statement that he has stopped watching porn maybe he is telling you the truth. Chances are at best he might watch less than he used to.

i been reading all the responses and most respones especially from the women are meaningless because they have no clue. I watch porn but I know every guy doesn't there was a good number of years i didn't watch it but your problem is you telling him not too. Not to sound rude but he shouldn't have stopped because you said so that's not a sign of a good relationship I don't believe in ownership i don't tell my wife what to do or what not to do. You need to learn respect so I would say if he is still looking at it its because you said not too.

1) All guys have a crave for porn every once in a while. 2) Don't expect a guy to tell his girlfriend he still watches porn. 3) Just because he watches porn don't go kirkin-off on him, just chill. He still finds u attractive,.4) the chance of him gettin wit the person in the video is 50-1.
THINK ABOUT IT....

If he knows you don't like it he probably is making an effort but I wouldn't be surprised if he doesn't watch it occasionally.

Think of it this way: if he had a personal thing about you shopping for shoes would you stop? This is where porn ranks with some guys in the list of good things to do.

And no, he's not comparing the girls and the acts they perform with you and your performance if he has half a brain.

He could be telling the truth. I think that it is true that all guys have watched porn before, but not all guys are addicted to it. Porn addiction can be as bad as a drug addiction in some cases. I understand how you feel about it too. It is almost like they are cheating in my opinion.

not ALL guys watch porn.
that's just silly.
certain guys have a different type of respect for women, so they choose not to. porn watching men may of course still respect women verbally, physically etc. but don't necessarilly think about the fact that the chick on the screen is someone's little girl, or that their girlfriend feels almost cheated on and inadiquet. they may be too busy focusing on how and when they can "get off" when the feeling comes to them. i said "getting off" because what guy can JUST watch porn and not you-know-what?

there is actual evidence supporting the fact that porn is as addictive and damaging as drugs/alcohol. it actually has a chemical effect on your brain. research it. chances are, he's lying to you when he's said he's quit. i'd bet every dime i have on that, in fact. evidence also suggests, btw... that porn is an 'escalating' addiction... first it's regular hetero stuff... then stranger stuff... eventually you've got a beastiality addicted cheating pedophile for a boyfriend. i'm serious.

in all sincerity... i would dump him and run now. you don't want to be married 10 years and find out he's been lying to you all along. i know you probably care about him alot, and don't want to really consider this option... but trust me... years of this will ruin YOU, not just him.
