Do you have any classes with him? How old are you? Don't stalk him, but try to go where he will see you and come to recognize you for a week or two. Then stop doing that, cause he might become suspicious of you. This is only for him to become familiar with you and recognize you when he sees you. Then stop it. Wait for him to notice you and seek you out. Maybe you could manage to become friends with his sister, or one of his friends. Maybe he'll come over and make small talk and want to get acquainted. If not, then give him more time. If he doesn't show any interest, there's nothing else you can do. But at least, you have the satisfaction of knowing you gave it a shot.

Maybe he's too busy taking notes in class, to take notes of you. Smart Guy. You should take less notes of him and more notes of your school subjects. I don't understand what you'll do with notes of each other. Is there something here I'm not getting?

Do nothing! You'd be trying to hard if you do anything to try to make him notice you and thats a real turnoff for guys.Act confident, smile, say hi to him, lots of eye contact...Do this and see what happens.If he doesnt notice you then move on.Plenty of cute fishes in the sea.

Well, be yourself but try to talk to him more. Say hi to him, shoot him a glance and a smile.
You don't want to act out of character because that's not you.

dont push yourself on him pass buy him at different times you will get him to notice you if hes intrested hell start to talk to you ask around for things he likes so you will have something to talk to about remember go slow
