I cannot access a question so I am assuming I am blocked. It's the first time. Is there a special R&S award or honor for being blocked?

LOL. I've lost my blocking virginity. (That probably wasn't appropriate but then again, I tend to just barely toe the line.)

It was a question about Mitt Romney in the R&S section asked by Steven C. I don't even know who he is.

Yeah, if you can't access someone's question(s), they've blocked you. They don't want your opinion. Sux for them.
My feelings about being blocked are pretty mixed- On the one hand, chances are the blocker feels threatened by my opinion, maybe... and the blocker is probably pretty close-minded. Sux for them-- it's their problem that they've lost one more resource....
On the other hand, I'm kinda hurt that they don't like me. What'd I do to offend them? Chances are that I didn't really mean to offend, I was probably feeling a little defensive because their answer came across kinda rude. I don't even get a chance to apologize or explain why I said what I said.
On the other hand, I'm angry that the blocker doesn't respect my knowledge... for example- if the blocker had been asking about things I really do know a lot about (the Mormon faith, what women think, suggestions about how to train a dog......), and they block me, I'm mad that they're dumb enough to not recognize a valid source of information.....

I consider it an honor when I can't access a question, as evidently the ones who block me don't wish to appear stupid by receiving an "intelligent" answer.

which question? can you post a link, I wanna know if I am blocked too so I can return the favor..
For the record, I block report monkeys (tired of creating new accounts) morons who cut and paste bible verses or Koran passages or other long winded diatribes that take up ten pages of space, and I have fireball blocked because she answered about fifty of my questions in the past with "REPORTED" or "WRONG SECTION" or some such BS...

I've also been blocked. It is an honor. Especially when you consider the person blocking you. I was blocked by a weirdo that had a smurf as his avatar. His name was 'Smurfs are not gay'.

Street credit for it. It's probably an honor, in that you broke through someone's comfort zone. Depending on who it was, I figure you should consider it a compliment.

it would depend on who blocked -- personally, I would consider it a badge of honor to be blocked by some people ...
Edit: jeff, that would probably be because we respect your honesty -- and your right to disagree -- and your sense of humor...
