Yep. Blackheads. I have tryed so many different creams and solutions that promise it will get rid of them...but they don't.
I clean my face every evening and I have had them for a couple of years, I get really concious if people put there face up close to mine. Can anyone suggest something? (available in the UK) Thanks :)

try exfoliating with a cleanser that has salycilic acid and then steam you face and apply benzoyl peroxide
in the mornings, use the same cleanser and then apply UVA/UVB sunscreen and tea tree oil
there are also many masks and pore strips available that can lift out the blackheads if the above regimen doesnt work (but it should)
do the regimen everyday and the mask/strips every other week or so to zap the blackheads and keep them away

Resorcinol and sulfur are drugs that can help break down both whiteheads as well as blackheads. Exfoliants should also help. I'd use a prduct with AHAs (alpha hydroxy acids.

my son has been using pine tar soap for a lil over a month now. it has really helped clear it up. he had it really bad. huge sores on his face, back and some on his arms and chest. you can get it thru your pharmacy. it costs about $4 a bar and a bar can last 3-4 wks.
