i make this Garlic Herb Dip all the time when i'm having people over or sometimes just to keep some in the fridge to use as a sandwich spread 1 cup sour cream 1/2 cup mayonnaise 4 cloves garlic minced 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill 1 tablespoon chopped onion(i use a purple but any will do) 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce salt and pepper to taste (i use kosher salt & ground pepper) just combine all, cover and put in fridge for a few hours before serving cold...this is great with cut veggies or like i said as a sandwich spread another good dip i make alot is a Creamy Jalapeno(you can adjust the hotness level with the amt. of jalapenos you add) 1 16 oz sour cream 1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch dip mix 1/2 cup pickled jalapeno peppers 1/4 cup canned green chiles handful of fresh cilantro leaves salt to taste put all in a blender and pulse until sorty runny...pour into a bowl and put in fridge until very cool, usually about 3 hours...this is great with chips and i also use it as an enchilada sauce. hope this helps!

Will depend on the context really. Which is better as a snack - fruits for me personally. It's tastier and gives you that little bit of sweetness. Which can be better as a snack if you are trying hard to minimize back on sugar and lose weight vegetables
