See when having sex, the male ejaculates a substance known as semen or otherwise called "C-U-M" so the joke is a play on words "come" sounding the same...so the blond thinks the clerk wants to know if the stain is from her having sex, and tells him no, it is mustard this time. it is funny for 2 reasons...#1 the blond is dumb and misunderstood the comment #2 she says "this time" meaning that multiple other times, that HAS been the stain. enjoy! now go tell the joke at your elementary schools and all the kids will think you are cool cause you learned a new word.
