There are some purified and ultra-purified vodkas out there, but I think you're confusing "pure" with "tasteless". Cheap vodkas will still have just as many impurities as a cheap whiskey or otherwise.

Premium and ultra-premium liquors usually have less impurities because they're processed through more filters. I consider $20 is a good point where it's quality but it's not costing you a fortune. But alcohol even in its purest form can still make you sick, because it's still technically a poison.

You might find that switching to something more tasty will put you more at ease physically. Get flavored vodka or rum. They're sweet, flavorful and they mix great with stuff.

It occurs to me too, I must dilute the residing crap out of strong liquor to drink it or it upsets my stomach. Softer things like beer or wine don't do it to me at all however sometimes I want to get under the influence of alcohol fast and want liquor. I dont get diarrhea or something but my stomach does regularly begin getting a burning sensation like if i was once drinking lava or something.

I have the same problem and half these answers will make your stomach worse. I've done it and it was not pretty. You don't want anything with spices such as fireball. Or sugary drinks like juices. Try club soda and a premium vodka and squeeze a lime in there. Trust me at first you might not like it but you will grow to love it. The citrus of the lime helps your stomach along with the club soda. Just don't drink them too fast cause then u can get sick! Also you don't get hungover with that drink. I hope this helps.

coolers and those pre-mixed drinks are loaded with sugar... thats probably what makes you feel sick or whatever.. try something like a screwdriver (vodka and orange juice) that doesn't have all the artificial sweeteners and such in it... but remember if you drink too much of anything you're gonna feel sick lol
