make a folder on your USB flash disk called *PS3*

in the *PS3* folder make a new folder called *THEME*. everything in CAPS.

then drop your .p3t files into the *THEME* folder and install on your PS3.

file location should be USB/PS3/THEME/theme name.p3t

Before you save a Theme to the USB drive, you should create 2 separate folders on the USB drive.

First make a folder named: PS3

Next make another folder named: THEME inside of the PS3 folder.

Make sure that you capitalize the letters like I did, or the PS3 wont recognize the folder. After creating the folders, it should work. I've downloaded a few PS3 themes from PSU.com today as well. This should solve the problem because it could be that you didn't create a folder to save the theme on and the PS3 doesn't recognize it.
