No. You do not need to put the high school on your resume. However, if you haev an achievement from that high school, you can add achievment to your resume and then refer to your high school there. You never know, that recruiter may have went to the same high school or know people there. BUt do not put high school in the education part of your resume.

I would not include the high school unless you went to a special school that is known nationally. The Assoc, however, I would include. This could be very helpful in obtaining a position where some knowledge of education would be helpful. As to the video resume mentioned above, do not make the mistake of using that as your only resume, unless you are trying to get a job in an industry where appearance is more important than skill (for example, if you are applying to be a News Anchor, a video resume may be good.) In many companies, a resume is sent around to several individuals, and a video resume may not be able to be viewed by everyone. (Example - the manager of some of our departments sit in with the rest of the department - they would have to use a headset to be able to listen to the audio portion of the resume - they would probably figure that it isn't worth the effort unless there are no other applicants)

Neither the high school nor the associate degree add anything to a resume that already shows a B.S. in business. A resume is a list of accomplishments that show you as standing out among your peers.
But, as someone else said, if you have any special accomplishments in high school, like scholastic honors or community service or foreign language skills, add those to your resume.

Since you have a BS degree, I wouldn't put the high school or the associates degree. If later you get a masters though, keep the BS degree on your resume along with the masters.
