Is there a website that I can purchase non-copyrighted music, or purchase the copyright with the music?

I am doing a commercial and need a 30 second music score. Any ideas where I can purchase one online? I need it in a rush, so websites that sell them pre-made would be best.

Try "public domain music" in google. You should find tons of material.

if you have, or can find anyone with a tiny bit of skill with music, use the Sony program Acid Music Studio. with it you can create rights free all kinds of zinging music easily.
