I'm wondering mainly because it's an over pressure round and I don't want to put too much stress on my High Power. (I want my guns to last a life time, I clean and maintain them regularly)

My High Power is made by CHARLES DALY. NOT BROWNING. I already knew John Browning designed the High Power and Browning made them first but I also know that when guns are made on different contracts and produced by different companies, things such as what kind of metals they are made of (the alloys, etc) change, and therefore I am wondering if the CHARLES DALY make of the High Power can safely handle (+P) Glaser safety rounds.

No matter the gun, (referring to all steel guns only), alloy guns SHOULD NEVER fire +P ammo.

But even the heartiest stainless or steel guns should never fire +P ammo exclusive.

After a while +P ammo might, weaken a gun, but were talking about 1000's of rounds. A few at the range to maintain the feel of live fire and a loaded gun with +P for ccw is just fine.

Glasser is very high pressure but that round is more suited for home defense or close contact.

Several good answers above. The pressure test that the factory puts each gun through will put more stress on the gun than a few Glaser slugs. Unless your manual specifically states that you should Never Use +P ammunition, then you probably have no need to worry about the inefitesimal amount of wear.

The High Power is basically a John Browning design. It will shoot all the Glaser ammo you care to afford and then some. Just use the proper recoil spring and don't worry about the Browning.

At around $3.00 per shot, you won't shoot enough Glasers to hurt you Daly High-Power.

I agree with MG. Function test for reliability with a few rounds and use them there after for defense only.
