I'm one of the happy minions where I work and have been for 20 years. I do lead a team but we work together at night to ensure that our patients get the best of care.
Become a boss I don't think so, too much paper work, not enough time to do the job I love best

I'm a wee happy minion, was once offered a boss type job but didn't fancy the "out of hours commitments", quite happy tae be part of a smashin' wee team!!! Ye get more fun at the work's nite oot if ye urr a wee pleb.....
