Same as any other self-employed individual. File Schedule C to account for the business income and expenses and SE to compute the Self-Employment tax.

If you haven't been making the required quarterly estimated payments using Form 1040-ES there may be penalties and interest for underpayment of estimated tax.

When you say "commission" do you mean as an independent contractor? If so, they report your 1099 earnings as a consultant to the US government. The first 80,000 or so of foreign earnings is exempt from federal tax. If you are an independent contractor and not incorporated, you file a Schedule C with your 1040, which means you file as a self employed person.

What commissions?
What exactly will you be doing?

If you say someone wants you collect money for them, keep 10-20% as a "commission" and wire them the rest of it, RUN. This is a well known scam. You may think you've made 10%, but will have to pay back 100% to avoid prosecution for money laundering.
