my son has been using pine tar soap for a lil over a month now. it has really helped clear it up. he had it really bad. huge sores on his face, back and some on his arms and chest. you can get it thru your pharmacy. it costs about $4 a bar and a bar can last 3-4 wks.

Witch Hazel is good for black heads on the chin and nose areas.

Big boil like pimples take Evening Primrose oil as a softgel everyday good for girls and guys, helps with Hormones if you notice that are usually painful at certain times of the month these are due to changing hormone levels.

That is not every product on the market.
First of all, acne is bacterial and it cannot exist unless your body is acidic and possibly fighting internal yeast.
Secondly, depending on the location of the acne, different underlying problems exist. Ex: chin and jaw, digestive problems.
Products won't be enough if you don't address the whole you.
Change your PH, eat raw fruits, vegetables and grains and deal with any issues you may be struggling with at least proacively.
The other suggestion I have is that you contact me if you're serious about learning how do do all of this.

There really is no cure for acne, but I found a remedy that will get rid of them. Just get any mild soap it must be the type of soap that will dry the skin. Then you pat dry your face so it wont irritate the skin. Then you get a benzoyl perioxide of 2.5% and apply that wait till it completely dries. After that you get a moisturizer that will not clog pores with spf of 15 and that will do it. Hope that helps.
