when eating six meals a day is this how it should be

Breakfast = 1/2cup oatmeal w Tbsp wheat germ
Snack= Piece of fruit w/ tbsp of peanut butter
Lunch=1/2cup brown rice and 3oz veggies
Snack=slice of manna bread
Dinner=1/2cup brown rice and 3oz tofu
snack= some raw veggies w/hummus

should the portion sizes be smaller bc they say the size of your fist.

Also are you supposed to eat till you feel comfortable, or should you still feel a little hunger after your small meal

You are not getting enough protein, iron or calcium. And you need to increase variety to get all your nutrients in on a weekly basis.

I'd go a little lighter on the starches and heavier on the fruit and protein

definitely Not...
but it should be fruits and vegetable in it
no junk food.
eat light and less

=p
