I know the nature of this question might be gross, but I'm wondering if I should go to the doctor. For the past two weeks, I've been urinating and passing blood in my feces. I'm not sure why. I'm wondering if maybe I just have an internal sore or something. I'm hoping it heals, but if it doesn't, what could be the cause of this? Any advice is greatly appreciated.

You must see a doctor right away. You don't need to have had a major trauma in order to have internal bleeding.
Years ago, I developed ulcers on my intestines. In the long run, it ended up being due to my body creating an excess of a compound that normally exists in the body, but in smaller amounts. It was simple to treat once we figured out what it was, but it took several weeks, during which I was in pain, and very hungry, due to not being allowed to eat solid foods.
It's very possible that the problem you're having has been created naturally by your body. But it's not very likely that it's going to go away on its own, so please see a doctor right away.

Well, I am not a professional, but I assume that the cat may not be drinking enough water therefore leads it to difficulty when is poops so the anal area tears or something or in the bladder. Or maybe it could be far more serious and could have some sort of infection. My cats have been through similar things. But my best opinion is to take both the cats to the vets just in-case to see if it can also spread to the other cat. Good Luck! :)

Blood in your stool (poo) if its red is nothing to really worry about. If its the darker mucky-ish brown color (not poo color) then it could be something serious.
Look up your symptoms on WebMD and it'll give you some more advice on other symptoms to look out for.
And it never hurts to see a doctor about this. if you aren't feeling any pain, fever or other symptom then just scehdule an appt with your doc.
If the blood are your only symptoms, just visit a doc. The ER is for true emergencies, I understand this is alarming, but its usually nothing.
I know this because I had blood in my stool for a few weeks off and on and finally went to a doc....it was nothing, they didn't even prescribe me anything other than to keep an eye on it.

Is the blood bright red?
In the faeces it is a sign of piles or other bowel trouble, in the urine sign of bladder or severe kidney infection. The two systems (urinary and bowel ) are separate inside so sounds quite serious. Go see your doc asap. might just be an infection but this will NOT go away on its own and the sooner you get it seen to the better. Get well soon.

You need to go to the doctor immediately. You are obviously bleeding internally. If it's red in your stool and urine, it's probably in your digestive system. If your stool is black, it's digested blood which means it could be a stomach ulcer or something. GO TO THE ER!

definitely go to the doc ASAP. maybe a bladder infection. anytime there is blood present in a place it shouldnt be, thats not good. if you have hemorroids, they may bleed and make your blood count low, requiring more serious treatment. go now before its too late.

Blood in your urine could be bladder cancer.
Blood in your stool, if dark red, could be colon cancer.
Blood in either one is not good, you should see a doctor.
NOW.

You might have swallowed something sharp and undigestable. You could have cancer and be rotting from the inside out. Or maybe you are a normal vampire.
