Buy taper discs. They are little circles that have a gel feel and are available at all craft stores, Linens n Things, Targets, everywhere. They will stick the taper to the candle and hold it in place.

When you place the candle in the holder.....take your lighter and lightly soften the BASE of the candle first then position in the holder when the wax is softer....works for us!!

go to a hobbie store and get some modeling clay.
