Any store that offers lenses will offer photochromic lenses. Cost will depend upon the prescription and lens material, expect to pay $80 to $100 more than non photochromic.

These lenses have really improved over the years. They get darker when outside, lighter when inside, and they change from dark to light much faster.

Walmart Vision Centers sell transitions in a full variety of lenses- the cost is $65 add on to the base lens price

I'm not sure, but my little sister had those and hated them. It took forever for them to return to clear after going inside.
