I recently purchased a new lenovo T61 laptop w/ integrated camera, and I was wandering are there any programs out there for windows which work like the mac i-photo? any help would b awesome

Yes ther are a ton of them
Most are much more advanced like Photoshop. There are several that come with Camera's Scanners, and Printers that work fair, for Photo Editing.
More often than not the problem is getting some of these programs to transfer correctly, sometimes you have to play with them for a while before you fiqure them out.

Hmm. Well Microsoft LifeCam comes free with a Microsoft webcam and that is fun to play with. See if you can download LifeCam.
