permanent black hair as the pigmentation of your natural hair has been aletered to make it black. although if you go to a good salon it is possible to remove any colour with or without bleach depending n what result you are looking for

go to a salon, tinted black is an effing nightmare to remove as when you put the developer on it after stripping, it goes back to black grrrrrrrrrrr x
