okay i looked up some thing on costochondritis and one of the things mentioned something about bacterial infection.
my 2nd question here is if you have a bad tooth in your mouth that got infected before can this be the cause of costochondritis.

No, you won't die from it.
You only feel like you are.

It does go away in time.

Chostochondritis happens for one of two reasons: (1) a ribs slips out of place; or (2) inflammation caused by an unknown cause. Its possible that inflammation could be caused by an infection somewhere in the body, but there is no medical evidence that this has actually occurred. This condition is not a health risk - its just painful.
