The three people of the Holy Trinity are the Father, the Son (Jesus), and the Holy Spirit. I don't think are three states of being, but two places you can go- Heaven or Hell. And I don't know anything about distinguishing marks of the church, whatever that means.

There is not but one person in the trinity, the other two are spirits. Father,Spirit, Son, body, and Holy Spirit. It is still called the trinity because of the three entities or offices. You grow faster spiritually here because we have opposition. In the spirit world there is no opposition, just heavenly state of being.
There a 7 stages of progression of the soul. To lengthy to explain here.
As far as the marks of the church, I'm lost on that one.

ok, so here's this. The Trinity is God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit. and after you die, you either go to heaven of hell. and I'm not quite sure about the 4 distinguishing marks of the church....
