I just want one or 2 servings. This is what I have - oreos, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, vanilla, baking powder, baking soda, eggs, brown sugar, 1/4 cup sugar, 1 cup flour, 2 bananas, an apple, butter, margarine, about 3 T peanut butter, a little bit of cream cheese and really that is it.

if you have milk and bread/rice also I have something wonderful for you.

Make a simple custard 2 egg whites one egg 1/4 cup milk, beat togeather, add 1/2 teaspoon of vanilia, coat bread or rice and bake in oven until custard sets. You can also season with the seasoning you have, or add banana to it to make a yummy bread or rice pudding.

One thing my grandmother used to always make when i was a kid was this:

she would take a whole apple and core the middle using a sharp knife cuting inward at a angle from the top. She would then add a little bit of butter or margarine, some brown sugar (white works too) and some cinnomon and bake it in a oven at 400 degrees until the apple is soft. It's like apple pie with out the mess! :)

Another option is Banana scones!

1 cup flour
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt

1/8 cup butter blended into flour

1/2 egg beaten (reserve other half for egg wash)
1/2 banana mashed
1/4 cup milk or heavy cream
1/4 tsp vanilia extract
Add peanut butter if you like peanutbutter banana scones.

Mix wet and dry together being careful not to over work the dough. with floured hands and floured surface roll dough out and cut into scone shapes. Wash with egg wash and bake in 350 degree oven for 15 mins or until golden brown!

Hmmm..sounds like it could be interesting, maybe an oreo cheesecake??? do you have a muffin pan???? try crushing the oreos up and mixing with melted butter and squashing in the bottom of the muffin cups, line with muffin liners if you have...then mix together crm cheese sugar, cinnamon, vanilla and maybe a bit of peanut butter, if you like then refrigerate...until it is set like cream cheese

Microwave Baked Apple
low calorie version
serves one

1 medium apple
1/2 teaspoon butter or margarine
1 teaspoon brown sugar
3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon, divided
pinch ground ginger, cloves, allspice and/or nutmeg
1 Tablespoon water
1-2 Tablespoons raisins, chopped nuts, or any chopped dried fruit (optional)

Core apple and pare about one-third of the way from the top. Sprinkle inside of apple with about 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon. Set in microwave safe dish. Stuff with raisins. Pour water over top of apple. Put butter or marg. on top of raisins. Put brown sugar on top of butter. Sprinkle rest of cinnamon and spices over top of apple and butter. Cover lightly with microwave plastic wrap and cook on high for 2-4 minutes until soft, depending on microwave. Let cool slightly and serve.

I make the full-calorie version with more sugar (about 1 Tablespoon per apple) and serve warm (not hot) with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and cinnamon sauce.

Basic Cinnamon Sauce

1 cup plus 2 Tablespoons water
2 Tablespoons butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1-1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
2 teaspoons cornstarch

Add 1 cup water, butter, sugar and cinnamon to a small saucepan. Heat until just boiling. Mix cornstarch and rest of water together and whisk into hot syrup, cook on a low boil, stirring constantly, until sauce thickens
