Real Estate Agent (Northwood Realty) or Physical Therapist Assistant?

Do you have experience as a real estate agent? Agents can make a ton of money, or very little, depending on their sales. And while Northwood Realty is a reasonably large company, Howard Hanna seems to be the leader in the area by far.

The real estate agent making the most for the year would make far more than a pt assistant. But the pt assistant would be a reliable income, and would be more than a real estate agent with few sales.

real estate is a commission job and it could take 3-6 mths before u make ur 1st sale or sell ur 1st listing, unless u r in a major city a wage or salary position would be better, a first year agent full time is lucky to make 15000 and there is an 80-85% drop out rate in the first yr. in commission sales it can b feast and famine for a long time, think about it and chose wisely
