Ha ha, just tell him that Santa will know if his mince pie has been poisoned and he won't eat it as he knows everything.
When I was little, I would put carrots out for all the reindeer and in the morning, they would all be chewed up and there would be mud/ dust around them. This convinced me for years.
Also a new trick if you have the internet, you can track santa and his sleigh live on xmas eve and it has all this technichal speak from Nasa which nearly even convinced me that he was real again last year!
Don't tell him the truth yet, keep going as long as you can. If you tell him now, then he'll tell all his class mates and imagine all the heartbroken little kids lol x

Hi Poppy Vox. Wow a 6 year old with murdering tendencies, a real gift for Christmas. As the adult here, you need to sit down and explain that murdering Father Christmas is not a good idea, all those children being left present-less, does he really want to end the world as it is, (on the other hand it might be a good idea seeing the state it is) but honestly this situation must be nipped in the bud before some one gets injured, you may try explaining the theme behind Christmas and the joy that Santa brings to not only to him but to others all over the world. Keep the spirit of Christmas alive, especially in our children. They need some imagination in a world full of hate and fear
Happy Christmas. Peter

I started to get a bit questiony about Santa around his age so I asked my grandma.. She told me that Santa wasn't real but a long time ago there was a guy named Saint Nickolas who went around giving presents to all the children who didn't have many things. It made me sad that Santa wasn't real but also made me pretty happy that there was a guy a lot like Santa.. I don't really remember the story correctly because it was a long long time ago but I think if you just sit him down and tell him that story, he wont have to poison his Dad. You have a crafty little nephew by the way. Have a Merry Christmas :)

I'm guessing that mince pie is given to Santa in some places (here it's cookies) and he suspects he isn't real.. in that case, that's funny and sounds like smart kid!
And yeah, you should come clean.

You have to stop him! If Santa's lying dead by the fireplace in the morning, a lot of things will change... and it won't all be good changes!
