You can tell that you have been learning about all of the negative things that tobacco can do to someone. Tell him that you love him and are worried about him and want him around for a very long time. Ask him if he would ever condsider giving up chewing tobacoo. You could tell him that you will give something up too, so that he doesn't have to do it alone!

tell him to look at some of the q/e on here under mouth cancer!that might put the shits up him,my brother died of throat cancer he was 34 he didnt smoke/drink,he suffered terrible and my mum died a year later of a broken heart,my sister is now going through mouth cancer(yes through smoking)shes only 47 the mouth and throat cancer takes you quick i feel for you ,but he can only help himself if he wants to good luck

Just leave the info around the house for him to read. Parents hate it when kids try to get them to break their bad habits. They know that what they are doing is bad for them but they dont want to be pushed to change. He will quit when he is ready.

that is realy bad, and you should tell him he is setting a bad example for you and your family. and help him quit, he can
try chewing gum and let him know you realy do care
