Do you think I need to change my ways or I'll be alright???

Question

I'm not married never have been don't really want to... I have 1 baby boy and 1 on the way. I like to smoke and I drank at least 1 night a week usually on fridays or saturdays. I sometimes smoke marijuana. I believe in God and I say ONLY GOD CAN JUDGE ME! but what do you all think.

My children are by the same woman and we been together 8 years she says I am a wonderful father.

As long as you take care of your children and are a good father, are basically a good person, I believe that you will be alright.

You are asking for a judgement in your question. Smoking causes a lot of problems medically in our society along with birth defects. Drinking in excess can cause bad behavior, and medical problems. Marijuana is a pretty strong drug these days. Having children without a commitment to a relationship, and creating a reasonable family can cause children harm. I wish you were serious about doing positive things in this world, to make it better. Being responsible and having a heathy spiritual approach torward life, will serve you better over the long term in this life and the next. I believe in reincarnation of the continuous type, with no escaping the reality of this universe. Try to be a better person and more positive. Meditate/pray, do mind-body exercises or other exercise, eat healthy, don't overindulge, and try to get some good inspiration to guide your life in a more purposeful direction, with God's guidance.

No man can condemn you....it doesn't matter what we think.

From a humanity perspective though...consider how your actions affect others.

You have two children? by different Mothers? Can you adequately provide for them? Can you be the father to both that they need? What kind of life will these children have, that you brought into the world....whether they succeed or fail, whether they become president of a corporation or a whino on the street has a lot to do with your involvement and sacrifices that you will or will not make for them.

So, yes you need to change your ways...not for us, or the world's judgement...but for the sake of your children.

According to my belief system...it is only about Jesus and him crucified. If you have not put your trust in Jesus then according to the Christian religion you are not OK. Good works are not enough, for we are all filthy before God, the great part is Jesus loves you and accepts you just like you are right now. He sees and understands the potential you have in your life. It is true that only God can judge you, but he has already told you what that judgment is. "For the wages of SIN, is death".

It's true that only God's view of you matters in the end. But if you aren't living according to His word do you really think He is going to be happy with your life? All I can say is that God will only forgive those that belive on Jesus to save them from their sin.

It matters little what anyone else thinks. You're the only person on earth whose opinion on this question means anything. Anyone can judge you and probably will. It doesn't mean a thing unless you believe them.
