Order a 'Mikes Hard Lemonade' (the cranberry is really good) and ask for it to be served with a large glass of ice. Depending on how fast you drink it, the ice melting will dilute it a bit, or you can ask for a club soda to dilute it a bit.

Amaretto Sour, Sex on the Beach, Rum and Coke, or have some hot cocoa with a little peppermint schnapps in it. Yummy!

Gin, Vodka or Whiskey collins.
Gin or Vodka and tonic
Jack and coke or other mixed drink.
Ask for any of the above to be "Tall" which should still only be one shot of liquor but in a tall glass with more mixer.
